We also provide construction management services for your proposed project from planning and design, through approvals and permitting, to contracting and construction. In conjuction with our sister companies, we offer a full spectrum of land and real estate development services with financing & marketing capabilities.
We have created many diverse projects that have ranged from small retail store renovations to multi-million dollar shopping centers, office buildings, municipal buildings, warehouses, and manufacturing buildings. We have provided construction services for banks, medical facilities, hotels, manufacturing, and a variety of other businesses.
Contracting Services
If a Client has already located his property, has plans, approvals, and permits, Ence Commercial Construction can then give the owner a firm competetive contract price to construct the building to a completed project as per plans. In some cases to expedite a project and/or allow the owner greater flexibility to redesign or do value engineering during the construction process, a cost plus or a set percentage construction fee can be agreed upon.
Construction Management Services
If a Client is in the early stages of planning, design, approvals and permitting of their project and would like or need assistance during these stages, Ence Commercial Construction has the expertise and experience to assist the client in these early phases of the project. As a Construction Manager for a proposed project, Ence Commercial Construction acts as a representative of the Owner during the planning, design, approval, and permitting processes. This allows the Owner the benefit of Ence’s many years of experience and knowledge to be incorporated into the planning of the project, which usually can save the Owner time and money by reducing the overall time and cost of a project while helping to create a higher quality and added value to the project.
Land and Real Estate Development / Build to Suit
Ence Commercial Construction has many years experience in developing land and real estate for clients and our own portfolio. We can assist clients through the many difficult phases of development from pre-development to a finished project. We also have the ability to design-build, design-build-lease, and/or joint venture for those clients that maybe in need of these services.
